INTERNATIONAL MUSIC SUMMIT - IBIZA 2012

Last week we hit the fifth International Music Summit held at the Gran Hotel, Ibiza.

The Summit involves 3 days of panels, speeches and debates from anyone who’s anyone in the electronic music world.  But when the serious stuff’s over the nights kick off culminating in the most stunning and unique parties in dance music. Set in the historic site of Dalt Vila, the location is like no other in the world. Partying to house music on top of the rooftop fort surrounded by the mighty medieval walls of Dalt Vila is a night you never forget! Combining Ibiza’s fascinating history with the music born out of the island is well.... just breathtaking.

David Guetta hosted Thursday night’s party, with Paul Oakenfold and Goldfish adding to line up for a great special night. The Friday night Finale saw a stunning set from legend Carl Cox with support from Loco Dice, Pete Tong and Azari & III who performed their awesome set live. Friday also saw a big night for newcomers Disclosure, who were supported by the brilliant Jessie Ware.

Jessie was the star of IMS for us, she is such a natural talent, and every DJ’s dream to perform with. We’ve loved Jessie since her performances with mega talented London duo Man Like Me. Jessie is set to be huge and we wish her the best of luck for 2012 and her debut album Devotion.
